Terrible app. My biggest complaints: - Picks a random store to place the order even if you pick a different one - Cant cancel or fix an order (once the app has placed it with the wrong store, for instance) - After placing an order for pickup, doesnt give any indication of how long it will take or when to pick it up. Im not looking for real-time status here (although Dominos does provide this)... Just a typical order time would be fine. - Using the specials is a real pain - finding them is one thing but using them to order a specialty pizza is impossible - you have to build a custom pizza... No other way that I can find.

Design of this app leaves some to be desired. Adding ingredients is a bit confusing and unless you hit the right button, the pizzas you order wont have any toppings. Surprising this isnt fixed/more easy. Web app is much better.

This doesnt work. Went to pick up my order and was told by the store owner that they didnt get my order. He said this happens a lot. Maybe disable an app and fix the bugs before offering it to people. Very disappointed

Cant log in to place order. I even made a new login just for the app vs my web based login.

Can log onto webpage with login by app doesnt recognize username or password

Why cant we use a yahoo email address to make a account? Allow us to edit our profiles.

Even though I have my favourite restaurant as marked, it still chooses another restaurant somewhere far away

Will not allow placing 6 topping order - message is "reduce items to add to cart" please fix!!!

After placing my order and getting a confirmation screen - that was it...I ended up calling Pizza Nova to make sure my order went thru (yes), and asked how long it would take for my order to be ready. This info should be provided at the time the order is completed.

App keeps crashing. Finally I just gave up and placed the order by phone which was much simpler and faster than using the app. App needs more work.

I want to order pizza nova over pizza pizza so often. But more deals are needed in this app, ie large with dip and 2 drinks or whatever

My website online ordering is set up with my email which contains a hyphen. The app considers this an "invalid email format". Cannot access my account.

The only real problem with the app is the lack of confirmation. Not an email, not even a total.

Only sandwich I can order without the app crashing is chicken Caesar. What if I want meatball?

App wont let me log into my account - therefore I cannot summit my order. I guess Im heading to Dominos!

I cant even sign into the useless app because it claims my email address is invalid. They should try testing with emails that have dashes and periods in them.

Needs some serious work around authentication and account creation both fail every time on my iPhone and iPad.

I accidentally ordered 2 and there is no cancel on this app! Very frustrating!
