There is a maximum amount of toppings permitted when using the app. I attempted to order a pizza with half veggie and half meat (three toppings on each half) and it will not allow you to add to cart. It says to remove an item first. I end up having to go back to the 80s and call the order in. Other pizza apps dont have this problem and ordering process is seamless. We prefer Pizza Nova but, the app is inconvenient.

Cant enter address so the whole thing is useless. I would use it if it worked.

Shame on you pizza nova. This app shows an error when I try to set up a new address. Setting up an account didnt work when I used my primary business email address (maybe due to hyphen in email domain as per another review). I set up with gmail and I figured out that it created an account but showed an error when I hit create. I order pizza from pizza nova every Wednesday for my volleyball team, I order for my office and home when needed. Making it difficult for me to use my iPhone to order will push me to the competitor.

This app doesnt even work. Very frustrating. Pizza pizza app is way better

Got all the way to ordering wings, pressed button to choose sauce and it doesnt allow me to select a sauce. App is broken beyond belief. Seems like it wasnt even tested.

I dont doubt the other reviewers problems with this app but Ive found it to be fine. Ive had no problems with profiles or limitations on toppings at all. Maybe they fixed the problems or maybe its something else - either way its this app works fine at least for one person.

Needs a comment section so I can tell the chef special instructions like extra extra extra well done, as I do with an operator. Also there should be safeguards to avoid accidental multiple orders or a way to cancel orders. Time of order would be useful too.

Why cant we use a yahoo email address to make a account?

*no problems by azealia banks plays* Works fine for me, but pizza pizzas and dominos apps are better. They have coupons and deals and pizza pizza even gives you a free prize for ordering. Is it clear I order a lot of pizza?

Spent 15 minutes inputting my order to find out that this app wont take my street address! Very frustrating. They just blew a $45 order to the wind. Get with it people, there is NO excuse for an app that doesnt work in the year 2015. Shame!

I live in an apartment and it will not allow me to set up my address. Keeps giving an error!! Do you not have someone testing these before publishing the app ?

Having the same problem that everyone else is having - cant create an account and cant sign in! Useless app!!

What garbage just ordered a pizza went to pick it up and they have no record of transaction. Shame.

Would be great if it did what it was actually intended to do. Cant create account or login to order a pizza. Waste of time

Ive been trying to order wings for 15 mins, to find out I cant put in my address, like WTF!!! Please fix this problem!!!! I know I could call but thats why I got this stupid app!!! Now Im so freakin perturbed I dont want the FN wings!!!!

Impossible to add an address from mobile on my iPhone. First of all the 1st field location name is confusing as a field. I had initially put in the address. Then in the "streets" field -- there is an "unsupported url" error. So I cant complete the address. So I cant enter my order at all. Task failure!! Also why is the field named "streets" usually an address consists of one street only.

This app need a lot of work. The experience is so unintuitive that I gave up and just made food instead.

You dont even know if you ordered the pizza or not.. No confirmation or timer or anything. Not cool nova.
