Pizza Nova App Reviews

Took a LONG time and many tries to get the logon to work. A bit cumbersome to use but gets the job done. BIG issue is that once youve ordered it gives you very little in terms of confirmation and NO feedback as to when the order will be ready. BIG problem if youve ordered for pickup!

Tried to order a single pizza to design it myself and after all that time it refuses to add to the card; says "please reduce your selections". I barely had anything on it!!!

Poorly designed. Buggy. Ultimately useless, and worse: frustrating. Pizza Nova you are losing customers!

Piece of trash. Could not even add my address. This is shameful for a company the size of pizza nova

It wouldnt even allow me to input my street name. I deleted it. I hope they fix it. They have great pizza.

I cant even update my address or save the unit number. I doesnt save! Why have an app when it doesnt even work?

Super basic app. My biggest complaints: - After placing an order for pickup, doesnt give any indication of how long it will take or when to pick it up. Im not looking for real-time status here (although Dominos does provide this)... Just a typical order time would be fine. - Using the specials is a real pain - finding them is one thing but using them to order a specialty pizza is impossible - you have to build a custom pizza... No other way that I can find.
